1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
All major cities and towns across India.
2. Shipping Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Tamil Nadu: 1–3 days
- South India: 2–5 days
- Rest of India: 3–7 days
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, festivals, courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- FREE shipping for orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping charge applies for orders below ₹999 (based on location & weight)
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Tracking link via SMS or email
5. Failed Delivery
A delivery attempt will be made 2–3 times.
If the customer is unreachable or address is incorrect:
- The order will be returned to us
- Reshipping charges may apply
6. Damaged or Leaking Package
If you receive a tampered or damaged parcel:
- Record an unboxing video
- Contact us within 24 hours
We will resolve it via replacement or refund based on our return policy.
