1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement ONLY if:
- You received a damaged item
- Product is leaked/spoiled during transit
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing item in the order
- Expired product delivered
Return window: 2 days from the date of delivery.
Proof required: Unboxing video, clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Food items without unboxing proof
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Items without original packaging
- Discounted, sale, or clearance items
3. Refund Process
Once the return is approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment mode or UPI/bank account.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours.
4. Replacement Policy
If stock is available, we offer free replacement instead of refund.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled BEFORE dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.
