We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience with Athari Essentials.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement ONLY if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • Product is leaked/spoiled during transit
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in the order
  • Expired product delivered

Return window: 2 days from the date of delivery.
Proof required: Unboxing video, clear photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Food items without unboxing proof
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Discounted, sale, or clearance items

3. Refund Process

Once the return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment mode or UPI/bank account.
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours.

4. Replacement Policy

If stock is available, we offer free replacement instead of refund.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled BEFORE dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.
